How It Works
1. Become a Partner
Submit a partnership request with your details and the type of clients or opportunities you expect to refer.
2. Refer a Customer
When you identify someone who may need our services, introduce them to Haven Publications Express or follow the referral process provided to you.
3. We Discuss the Customer's Needs
We review the customer's requirements and determine the appropriate Haven service, advertising package or custom solution.
4. Your Share Is Agreed Before the Customer Is Quoted
Before you quote or commit a customer to a price for a Haven service, your revenue-sharing percentage or agreed partner amount must be confirmed with Haven Publications Express.
Our standard referral commission is 20% for eligible services and promotional packages. Certain large, complex or custom projects may have a different commission arrangement, which will be confirmed before the customer is quoted.
This ensures that both you and Haven clearly understand how the customer's payment will be divided and helps prevent disputes later.
5. The Customer Pays
The customer pays Haven Publications Express directly for the agreed service or promotional package.
Partners are not normally required to collect customer payments on behalf of Haven Publications Express.
6. You Earn Your Agreed Share
Once the applicable payment conditions have been satisfied, the partner receives the agreed referral or revenue share.
